TERMS OF SERVICE – QZ-Boys / Nablit Joe Online Store

1. General
These terms of service apply to the Nablit Joe online store ("Service") operated by QZ-Boys. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be published in the online store.
2. Products and Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include value-added tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, shipping costs, and product selection.
While we strive to keep product descriptions and images as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Any color differences are due to display settings.
3. Ordering
Placing an order requires providing correct and complete information. An order is binding when it has been submitted and the payment transaction is successful. We will send an order confirmation to your email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is not available
- Payment cannot be received
- We detect an error in price or product description
- We suspect misuse
4. Payment Methods
We accept common payment methods provided by the Shopify platform, such as:
- Debit and credit cards
- Online banking payments
- Mobile payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Payment is made at the time of order.
5. Delivery
We deliver orders to Finland and, if necessary, also abroad (if activated in the online store).
Delivery times are estimates, not binding. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure.
6. Right of Return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The returned product must be unused, in original condition, and preferably in original packaging.

Return costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
7. Complaints and Defective Products
If the product is defective or incorrect, contact customer service within a reasonable time. We will offer a replacement product, refund, or other legal solution.
8. User Responsibility
The user agrees to use the online store in accordance with the law and good practices. Any unauthorized attempt to disrupt the service, break into systems, or copy content without permission is prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the online store – such as trademarks, logos, images, graphics, and texts – is the property of QZ-Boys and/or the Nablit Joe brand. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.
10. Processing of Personal Data

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its continuous error-free operation.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no solution is found, the matter can be taken to the Consumer Disputes Board or resolved in a competent Finnish court.
